Shaday
Shaday
Shaday has a lot of spinal discomfort and moves herself into various positions to get comfortable. She is blind in one eye, so position yourself so she can see you with her good eye and if there is a group activity going on her wheelchair should be positioned so she can see. She suffers from extreme headaches and gentle pressure on points on her neck can alleviate some of the pain. Shaday can appear to have a low awareness of her surroundings but attempts should be made to engage her in group activities. She connects best while being fed and this activity is a good way to sustain interaction with her and form a bond.
