Damien

Damien is blind and typically prefers to sit next to Dwight (who is also blind) either on the porch bench or on a bench just inside the Fray house door. Damien's companionship seems very calming and comforting to him. Damien tends to shy away from new people and can get overstimulated by noise and activity. He will either cover his face with his shirt or go inside the cottage if he gets shy or overwhelmed. Damien does not speak but responds to the staff when they give him simple directions.
