Sheldon is a huge help to staff and an invaluable and gracious host to visitors. He loves to help, show people around, and be involved. He feeds and helps care for kids with gentle and capable hands. He is charming, sweet, and loves to kiss your hand. He loves hugs and walking arm in arm. He can be shy about participating in organized activities. Sheldon thrives on connecting with people and loves to sustain eye contact by gazing into your eyes when he feels affection for someone. Sheldon shrugs off compliments and can get shy if a lot of people are focusing on him at once. He prefers 1:1 interactions. He can speak but often uses gestures and movement to communicate. When he does this it is good to encourage him to use his words to express himself.
