Najoky

Najoke is one talented dynamo! She is an enormous music lover, a sweet singer, and an innately talented musician. She plays the recorder very well, and should be given opportunities to play music and try other instruments whenever possible. If she’s not playing music, she’s dancing! Najoke is a tremendous help to staff and has a lot of responsibilities caring for the children. She is responsible, observant, empathic, and loving. Najoke does not just reserve her affection for the other kids – she loves visitors and is first in line to introduce herself and show you around. She is an excellent guide, and a snuggly companion. She is fascinated by people and extremely curious. Najokje loves coloring books and markers, Najoke has pretty good receptive language and does her best to communicate, although articulation is difficult for her. She often prefers 1:1 time with visitors. When that’s not possible it is important that she feel included by enlisting her help and participation in activities, especially surrounding music and art.
